During the inspection phase, we send out our in-house engineers to analyze the site for any potential conflicts during the design & construction phases.

Once the property closes escrow, we start the design phase to oversee the plan submittals and permit receivals from the pertinent city. Once the project receives the building permit, Interconext begins compiling bids from the sub contractors and preparing the job site to break ground. Land 360 is a licensed and bonded general contractor that can help manage and over see the development process from start to finish.
